Article We strive to make our customers 110% happy, so if you'd like to Exchange and/or Return an item you ordered from Planet 13 Online - NO WORRIES! =0)

1. At the bottom of your Order Invoice/Receipt, there will be info on how to obtain the instructions for our Exchange/Return process. You can also "Submit a Ticket" enquiry via this website for further information.

2. Please do not simply send your item(s) back, we cannot track or guarantee exchange/returns if you haven't followed our procedures. Plus, our Exchange/Return instructions include on how Australian customers can use our "Reply Paid" service so you don't have to pay for the return freight costs!

3. Lodge the Exchange/Return within the specified time-frame.

4. We will work diligently to process your exchange or refund as fast as possible, but we do ask to allow up to 14 business days (and up to 28 business days for international orders) from when you post back your item(s), to allow for delivery and processing time.

5. You will receive an email notification once the replacement item has been shipped, or when the refund has been processed back to you.

Important Notes, Please Read: The free Reply Paid service is not applicable to any exchanges/returns outside of Australia. If your item appears to be worn (meaning it has been weathered, stained or has been washed) or damaged (in a manner that could not occur via transit) or has any other damage not explained by you, Planet 13 Online reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund. This return/exchange policy is only applicable to items which were purchased directly from the www.planet13.com.au webstore
