 Shopping Cart Problems
Article There may be a few reasons why you're experiencing issues with our shopping cart (eg. you add the item, but when you look at your cart, there's nothing there!) The most common are:

1. Your Internet Security settings are set to "High" or "Very High"
If this is the case, it means your web browser will 'block' our shopping cart from 'remembering' what you've added to the cart! To view your settings, simply open your web browser and select "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Security" (or Privacy, or similar). Have a look to see if your settings are set to "High" or "Very High"; if yes, temporarily setting them lower may allow our shopping cart to 'remember' your purchases so you can check-out! Don't forget to re-set your settings once you've checked-out!

2. Your Web Browser won't allow "Cookies"
If this is the case, it means your web browser will 'block' our shopping cart from 'remembering' what you've added to the cart! To view your settings, simply open your web browser and select "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Security" (or Privacy, or similar) Have a look to see if your settings are set to "Allow" or "Do Not Allow" 'Cookies'. By temporarily setting your browser to "Allow" 'Cookies' our shopping cart will be able to 'remember' your purchases so you can check-out! Don't forget to re-set your settings once you've checked-out!
