What do I need to do? Is there a catch? We don't like "catches" here at P13 amigos! Our Guarantee is simple...

If ya need to Exchange/Return something from your online order, simply:

1. Once you receive your order, make sure to check over the item(s) right away! If the item(s) isn't going to work out, then...
2. Have a look at the bottom of your invoice (that was shipped with your order), and make sure you contact us ASAP! (You can use our "Submit a Ticket" service from this page)
3. We'll then send instructions on how to proceed with the exchange/return (including the "Free Reply Paid" service for our Australian customers).
4. Wait patiently for yer postie to get the goodies back to us, and we'll either exchange the item(s) at no additional charge, or refund ya yer money!
5. Ahhhhh...See! We told you it was easy!

*Our Exchanges/Returns "Free Reply Paid" is only applicable to customers within Australia. Free "Reply Paid" is only available for the first exchange/return, further exchanges/returns are at the buyer's expense. Sorry, International orders are excluded from the "Free Reply Paid" Exchange/Return procedure.
