Article Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding all Victorian and Australia-wide Public Holidays.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Why 3 business days? Well, this is how a normal order goes...

Day 1 - You submit your order! Hoorah! :)
Day 2 - Your order begins processing! This is the bit where we run around and pick your order and process/verify your payment details! *If you submit your order on a weekend, public holiday, or during a holiday period when we're closed, your order will begin processing the very next business day we're open!
Day 3 - Your order gets queued for shipment, and we email you advising of your ship date!
Day 4 to 5 - Your order ships!
So, unless there's some sort of problem with your order (eg. payment issue), your order will leap tall buildings within a single bound to get to you! ;0)~

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER FROM SHIP DATE
All Shipping Delivery Time-Frames are approximations; and please be aware that delivery times can vary greatly depending on your location. The below Time-Frames are in addition to the processing time above.

Within Australia - Standard Shipping
Usually takes 3 - 5 business days, but that can vary depending on your location. For example, if you live in a rural or remote area, mail delivery may be less frequent meaning your order may take longer to arrive.

Within Australia - Express Post Shipping
Usually takes only 1 - 2 business days, but that also depends on your location. For example, if you live in a rural or remote area, or if you don't live in the Express Post Guaranteed Postcode delivery area, mail delivery may be less frequent meaning your order may take longer to arrive.

International - All Orders
All International orders are shipped via Air Mail, and delivery time-frames will vary greatly depending on your location. For most metropolitan areas, delivery will usually take at least 7 - 14 calendar days. However, if you live in a more remote area where mail delivery is less frequent, your order can take much longer (eg. up to 28 calendar days) to arrive.
