Live Chat
If one of our Customer Service Reps is available, you'll be able to chat live with us! Just click the Customer Service Live Chat on the top right of our mainpage (www.planet13.com.au)!
If the icon says Customer Service Offline, then no reps are available and you'll need to Submit A Ticket....

Submit a Ticket
This is a super easy way to contact us, and you can do it from this support page!
All you have to do is click Submit a Ticket and follow the prompts! You'll get a confirmation email letting you know we received your query. If you don't get a confirmation email, check your spam folders, and your email address (in case you mis-typed it!)

So, why do we use this "Submit a Ticket" method?
Because it ensures we'll be able to easily communicate with each other! Using this system means we'll have a much lower chance of emails going missing, incorrect email addresses, and so forth.
