If your staring out your window, wondering where your Planet 13 Online order is, check this out:
1. Did you get a "Your Order is Shipping" email yet?
- No?
Then that means your order is still processing! Once your order is queued for shipment, you'll get a shipment email notification!
Also note, make sure you check your SPAM folders in case our innocent little email is in there!

2. Have you allowed the appropriate delivery time-frame to elapse?
- No?
All our shipping notifications give you the date/s when your order is going to ship, as well as an approximate delivery time-frame. Remember, if you're in a regional area, an area where mail delivery is less frequent, or outside Australia - we ask you allow a little leeway for your postie to deliver your order.

3. Have you checked your local Post Office?
- No?
Sometimes the postie can squeeze your order into your mailbox, or leave it in a secure area if you requested to do so
(BTW - we don't recommend you do this as we can't help if it goes missing!)
; otherwise, they'll hike your order back to the Post Office as the safer option. And sometimes Posties can
forget to leave a card
, or your card might get blown away in a tornado, so you'll need to check with your local Post Office to see if it's there (cuz it probably is!) !

If you've done all the above steps, please contact us by

, ensuring you include your Order ID# and that you've completed all the above steps. Well then track your order down, give you an update, and make sure you're a happy camper!
